Privacy Policy
CherishDays is built so that this page can be short. There is no account, no server and no analytics — your Moments live on your phone.
Effective 20 September 2026
The short version. We do not collect your data. CherishDays has no account system and sends nothing to us. The only request the app can make is to the App Store or Google Play, and only when you buy or restore Lifetime Pro.
Who we are
CherishDays is made by To Infy. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean To Infy, and “the app” means the CherishDays mobile application for iOS and Android.
What the app stores, and where
Everything below is held on your device and is never uploaded to us.
| What | Where it is kept |
|---|---|
| Moments — the meaning, name, note and date | A database inside the app’s private storage |
| Memories and the photos you attach | The app’s private storage, shared with its own widget only |
| Milestones you add and your preferences | The same local database |
| Reminders | Scheduled locally by your phone’s own notification system |
| Widget data | A shared container on the device, readable only by CherishDays |
What we collect
Nothing. The app contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no advertising or attribution framework, and no account system. We cannot see your Moments, your dates, your notes or your photos, because they are never sent anywhere.
CherishDays does not use the iOS Advertising Identifier, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across apps or websites.
The one thing that leaves your device
If you buy or restore Lifetime Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, and confirmed through RevenueCat, the service we use to validate purchases. That exchange involves an anonymous identifier generated by the app and the store receipt. It never includes a Moment, a date, a name, a note or a photo.
Apple, Google and RevenueCat handle that data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
If you never make a purchase, the app makes no network requests at all — which is why it works with the phone in airplane mode.
Permissions
Nothing is requested when you first open the app. Each permission is asked for at the moment it is needed, and declining leaves the rest of CherishDays fully usable.
- Photos and camera — only when you choose to add a cover photo or a photo to a memory. Photos are copied into the app’s own storage and stay there.
- Notifications — only if you turn milestone reminders on. Reminders are scheduled on the device; we cannot send you a push notification.
- Alarms and boot completion (Android) — so reminders fire on the right day and survive a restart.
CherishDays does not request location, contacts, microphone, calendar or health access, and those permissions are explicitly blocked in the app’s manifest.
Backups
The backup file you create from Settings contains your Moments, memories and photos. It is written on your device and goes wherever you choose to put it. We never receive it. If you save it to iCloud Drive, Google Drive or another service, that copy is covered by that provider’s terms.
Children
CherishDays is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone. We do not knowingly gather personal information from children because we do not gather personal information at all.
Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none — so there is nothing for us to hand over or erase.
You are in full control of your own copy: edit or delete any Moment in the app, export everything with Backup & restore, and uninstalling CherishDays removes all of it from the device. There is no server copy to ask about.
Support requests
If you contact us through our support form or by email, we receive what you send: your name, your email address and your message. We use it only to reply, and we do not use it for marketing. Please do not include passwords, authentication codes or payment details.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Because the app collects nothing, we do not expect material changes — and any change that did affect your data would be announced in the app before it took effect.
