Is CherishDays free?
Yes. You can keep 3 Moments, place the Signature and Lock Screen widgets, set reminders, add memories and export a backup without paying anything. Lifetime Pro is a single $14.99 purchase that removes the limit and unlocks the premium widget families. There is no subscription.
Do the widgets keep counting if I never open the app?
Yes. CherishDays hands the widget a schedule that already contains tomorrow’s number, and the day after’s, for months ahead. A widget you place today keeps rolling over at midnight with the app closed and the phone in airplane mode.
What happens when a countdown reaches zero?
Nothing disappears. The Moment shows “Today’s the day.” on the day itself, then starts counting up from it. A wedding becomes an anniversary without you touching anything.
Does my data leave my phone?
No. Moments, dates, notes and photos are stored on the device and are never uploaded. The only network request CherishDays can make is to the App Store or Google Play, and only when you buy or restore Lifetime Pro.
How do I move everything to a new phone?
Settings → Backup & restore → Export backup gives you a single file containing every Moment, memory and photo. Keep it wherever you like, then restore it on the new phone.
Can I get reminders for milestones?
Yes. CherishDays can remind you about every hundred days, every anniversary, and the day itself — plus any milestone you add by hand. The reminders are scheduled on the device, so they arrive offline.
Which widget families are included?
Signature and Lock Screen are free. Lifetime Pro adds Photo Keepsake, Multi-Moment, Together, Journey and Milestone. iPhone gets all seven; Android gets Signature, Photo Keepsake, Multi-Moment and Milestone, because Android widgets work differently.
I bought Pro and got a new phone. Do I pay again?
No. Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. Lifetime Pro is tied to that account, not to the device.
